Shipping

We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of receipt of payment. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped the following week. Nationwide delivery is available, however deliveries to outlying areas may take a day or two longer to arrive.

Orders below R1 000 are charged a flat rate shipping fee of R100 for door to door courier shipping. Shipping usually takes 1 - 3 business days for main centres, and 3 - 5 business days for outlying areas.

Orders above R1 000 will receive free courier shipping.

Please be sure to provide us with a daytime address where someone will be available to receive your parcel between 08h00 and 17h00. Our couriers do not deliver on weekends or public holidays - orders dispatched on Fridays will be delivered the following week.

If you reside outside of South Africa and would like to order from us, please contact us at hello@mokgantsoorganics.co.za and we will provide you with a shipping quote.

 

Returns & Exchanges

We truly hope you love your Mokgantso Organics purchase. Each candle is hand-poured and packaged with care. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

We gladly accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
• Products must be in their original condition, unused, and in intact packaging with all labels and tags attached.
• Products must not have been lit, opened, or used, unless faulty or damaged in transit.

All returned items will be inspected upon receipt to ensure they meet these conditions.


How to Initiate a Return
To protect your privacy and ensure a smooth process, returns are accepted by prior arrangement only.
Please email us at hello@mokgantsoorganics.co.za with the following details:
• Your full name and order number
• The product(s) you wish to return or exchange
• A brief description of the issue (including photos if the item was damaged or faulty)

Once your request has been reviewed, our team will provide you with the designated return address and packaging instructions.


Refunds
After your returned item has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days and automatically applied to your original method of payment.


Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives faulty or damaged, please notify us within 7 working days of receiving it.
We’ll gladly arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs if applicable.


Important Notes
• Except for faulty or damaged items, we are unable to reimburse return shipping costs.
• Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged items at this time.
• Please ensure all returns are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit,  we recommend reusing the original packaging where possible.
